Hello All and Welcome to my fundraising page in support of Swanley MS Therapy Center!

I'm excited to share my journey towards the finish line at London Marathon 2024 with you and invite you to support my "slow and steady" marathon effort by contributing to my fundraising campaign.

Your support will not only help me keep going on the day (April 21st), but also contribute directly to the work of the Swanley MS Therapy Centre - please read on for more details of what the wonderful charity does

Swanley is one of the 50 Therapy Centres in the MS National Therapy Centre network across the UK. They provide vital support for people living with MS and other life-limiting conditions, including complications from Covid.

From a friend who has personnaly benefitted from Swanley's services, the benfits they bring are immediate and obvious, with their tank therapies significantly reducing pain alongside other symptoms of both MS & Long Covid, including allowing greater mobility - with users going from requiring a cane to walking unaided. 

There is huge demand for these services and long waiting lists, so all funding is going to tangibly support & reduce wait times

The Centre is there for people and their families from the moment of diagnosis, providing expert individualised support and a wide range of physical and holistic therapies to complement clinical treatment, as well as counselling, emotional support and an active social community.
